African Rooibos Chai is a blend of rooibos, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and pink pepper. The Rooibos comes from a South African plant. It is a drink without caffeine and high levels of vitamin and minerals; magnesium, potassium and calcium. Like green tea, it contain big amounts of antioxidants. It has a reddish color in the cup, with a spicy sweet taste. Not astringent.

Ingredients: Rooibos (grown without use of chemical or pesticides), cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and pink pepper.

Brewing: Leaf to Water Ratio: 1 tbsp per 8 oz

Water Temperature: 212° F

Steep Time: 7 minutes
